1. General

GETLAP sells lap timing transponders for RC cars and provides event timing services. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms on this page.

2. Products and pricing

• Prices are listed on the Products page in Indonesian Rupiah and exclude shipping.
• Prices may change. A paid order keeps the price at the time of the transaction.
• Stock availability follows the Products page at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering and payment

• Orders are placed on the Account page or on WhatsApp.
• On-site payment is processed by Midtrans. Available methods follow the payment page, including bank transfer, QRIS, and e-wallets.
• An order is processed once payment is received. An order left unpaid for 2 hours is cancelled automatically.
• GETLAP does not store the buyer's card or bank account details.

4. Shipping

• Goods ship from Bandung, West Java, within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
• Shipping uses a flat rate per region, shown before payment.
• The tracking number appears on the Orders page once the parcel is handed to the courier.
• Shipping outside Indonesia is arranged through contact.

5. Returns and refunds

• Goods with a manufacturing defect, not working on arrival, or not matching the order may be returned. The report is submitted within 7 days of receipt, on WhatsApp or by email, with the order number and a photo or video.
• After inspection, the item is replaced with a new unit or refunded in full, at the buyer's choice. Return shipping for these cases is covered by GETLAP.
• A paid order that has not shipped may be cancelled for a full refund.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
• Returns do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, impact, water, or modification of the item.

6. Account and activation

• Each transponder carries a unique number and one activation code on the card inside the box.
• Activation is done on the Account page with a GETLAP account (sign-in with Google, email, or WhatsApp). One code is valid for one account.
• Transfer of a transponder to another owner is arranged through contact.
• The driver name, team, profile photo, and car photo entered by the account owner may be shown on race result pages and the Driver Card.

7. Privacy

• Data stored: name, email address, WhatsApp number, shipping address, uploaded photos, and order history.
• Data is used to process orders, ship goods, activate transponders, and display the driver profile.
• The email address, WhatsApp number, and shipping address are not shown publicly and are not shared with other parties, except the payment provider and courier needed to complete the order.
• Requests to change or delete an account are sent by email to .
