You bring the track.
Timing is our problem.
We arrive with the full kit, an operator and race control. Transponders can be rented to the entrants. Results come out the same day — not next week.
Three tiers, pick by event size
Timing
Full kit plus an operator. Lap counts, fastest laps, positions and results for every session.
- Kit installed and tested with a car before official sessions
- An operator with you throughout the event
- Results every session plus a final summary
Timing + Race Control
All of the above, plus the person who actually runs the race: heats, start order, qualifying, finals.
- Fixed lap count or timed format
- Scoreboard for spectators
- Race recording if anything needs checking again
Timing + Race Control + Livestream
The full package for events watched from outside the track.
- Livestream with live scores in the broadcast, carrying your event name
- A camera that follows the cars
- Results sent to a WhatsApp group as images

Six steps
You prepare the track and the entrants. The rest — hardware, rules and running the race — is ours.
1 · Brief
First conversation: date, classes, expected entrants, what the event is for.
2 · Survey
We check the layout, where the kit can be mounted, and the power supply on site.
3 · Race format
Heats, qualifying, finals and series rules written down and agreed before race day.
4 · Install
Kit, scoreboard and online entry installed, then tested with a car.
5 · Race day
Our operator and race control run the event; scoreboard and livestream stay up.
6 · Results
Results published every session, the summary sent to the WhatsApp group as images.
Not only for race day
If what you need is not a one-off event but a daily practice board, there is a package that runs on its own with no operator: riders scan a QR code with their phone, their laps are recorded, and daily/weekly/monthly fastest-lap boards run themselves — with voice announcements over the PA.
That package is quoted per track because it depends on track width, available power and signal on site — so it always goes through a proposal.
